I quickly discovered the thing I most enjoyed was being in the kitchen on photographic shoots, helping to create inspiring images of delicious food. For the next 20 years, I worked as a freelance food stylist with some of the UK’s top food photographers, developed recipes for food companies and magazines and wrote a children’s cookery book. I became increasingly interested in the science of how our bodies use the nutrients in food and how the way we eat can have an enormous impact on our health. So I decided to go back to education and emerged four years later with a First Class degree in Human Nutrition.
